Michael’s new smile and heightened happiness is dramatically demonstrated in the before and after smile photos. Yet, the greatest benefit he expressed after the completion of his work was the relief of head, jaw-joint and neck pain that had been plaguing him for years. Being an intelligent health care consumer, Michael spent several years looking for answers about his bite and head pain. He placed the final solution on hold when it was recommended that he surgically reposition his lower jaw and bite to improve the symmetry of his lower face. So, Michael just waited until he came across aesthetic  biofunctional/neuromuscular dentistry.

Asking Michael why he chose this approach, he responded “It made so much logical sense. The neuromuscular diagnosis confirmed that my lower jaw was jamming back into my jaw joints because of my deep bite.
